Summer 2026 rotating display

Display featuring Ashton farmers Bill Atchley and Craig Marotz who worked for McDonalds. Bill was responsible for the quality control of frozen French fries and was instrumental in the development of hash browns. Bill hired Craig to help expand the McDonalds franchise in Europe. Craig’s work is extremely noteworthy as he worked internationally to develop a multi-product supply system for restaurant openings in Moscow, Beijing, Tel Aviv, Cairo and New Delhi.
